December Book List

During the month of December each day in school will be focusing on a different Christmas book! We will be reading "There was an Old Lady who Swallowed a Bell", "Moostletoe", "The Gingerbread Baby", "Snowmen at Night", "The Mitten", "Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer", and "Twas the Night Before Christmas". Each day we will have an art project and centers that relate back to our book of the day! We will have a Polar Express party on December 15th and the children can come in their pajamas with a pillow or blanket! Please remember that Winter Break is from December 19th - January 6th. Kid Academy is an in-home preschool designed to make your child’s early education a success! The curriculum at Kid Academy has been used in AZ Preschools for more than five years and is receiving the best response from Kindergarten teachers! Along with the social skills that being in a structured classroom provides, your child will also be introduced to numbers, letters, word building, and some math concepts. Each month is based around a theme for both letters and numbers. There are science projects, and other centers that help the children by using hands on activities.
